Living Leadership Lothian Evaluation Report 2013-14

living-leadership-report

Living Leadership Lothian was a shared workforce development
programme designed to enable leaders across sectors
to work together more effectively, by creating a community of
dialogue and learning. It addressed the challenges of implementing
person-centred and asset-based approaches, as part
of public service reform.

This report provides an account of collaborative learning and
sense making and evaluation of the experience of a pilot programme
in Lothian during 2013-14, which was funded by the
Joint Improvement Team, NHS Education for Scotland, City of
Edinburgh Council, NHS Lothian and the Thistle Foundation.
